An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Commerce graduate & LLB from Mumbai University. Having experience in the field of corporate accounting, MIS, up internal control procedure and processes, Audit & Assurance. Expertise in drafting legal papers, legal opinions and assisting in compliance with various commercial Laws.
CA Ajay Prajapati
Ajay is an Associate member of the Institute of India, Commerce graduate from Gujarat University. Also certification in Auditors Training Programme conducted by CDSL [Central Depository Services (India) Ltd] and Certification for ACL (Audit Command Language), Germany. He has twelve years of experience in the field of conducting internal audit both tradit Accounting Standard implementation and tax savings. Leadership role for team conducting special assignment in the area of statutory audits, tax audits and stock audits.
CA Deepa Patel
Deepa is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University. She has nine years of experience in the field of managing outsourced end to end accounting & taxation work of small size Australian CPA firm for past two years; analyzing market trend and preparing credit report for Financial Institutions (banks, broker dealers, clearing houses, mutual funds) and sovereigns in Europe and CIS regions and training and mentoring peoples in credit analysis; monitoring credit portfolio and implementing Base requirements of Banks, review of credit risk policies.
Mr. Ramesh Shishodia (B.Com., A.C.A.)
Ramesh has 13 years of audit experience and is in practice from last 2 years. Prior to practice, he was Manager with Audit practice of Lakhani & Co., part of N.D.Heda & Co. as a Audit Manager for 4 years and part of Gundher & Co. as a Article clerk for 3 years. He has experience of 6 years in Lakhani & Co. and specialization in providing Tax Audit and Statutory Audit services to leading Indian Companies. Ramesh’s work exposure is mainly in the areas of Audit, Direct taxation, Corporate advisory, Service tax matters and Company law matters.
CA Rajni Agarwal
